Based on the integration of electronic components, control software and communications infrastructure, we implement technology that creates interaction between spaces and people, using tools designed and developed by our team and in constant evolution. The spaces intervened by our platform become generators of large amounts of data that are stored over time, and make up the essential Big Data for decision-making in various management areas. Through our service-oriented API, we offer the possibility of integrating management tools (ERP) or other third-party products with IoT environments.

LINSSE BUILDING

We extend the concept of BMS (Building Management System), allowing in addition to measuring and managing the environmental, electrical and electromechanical resources of large buildings or urban spaces, the collection of significant amounts of data (Big Data) to process them through different tools of analysis, obtaining valuable and detailed information, essential when making decisions that generate value oriented to business intelligence.

LINSSE BRIDGE

Our platform offers a flexible and customizable service-oriented API, which allows products developed by third parties, such as ERP Systems, Maintenance Systems, among others, to be integrated with the environment, interact with physical, electrical or electromechanical elements, and have real-time availability of the information generated by our platform.

OnSite Survey

Each installation of the Linsse platform is configured based on the client's needs and the structural characteristics of the spaces to be intervened. Our proposal includes the survey of physical spaces, communications infrastructure and other aspects that determine the success of the implementation.

Data Protection

The Linsse platform is fully installed at the customer's locations. Physical devices, software components and their data will always be on their servers, without cloud storage or sending data to third-party servers, conditions indicated in the contract.

Support and maintenance

Through a monthly subscription, our support technicians will carry out periodic reviews of all the components of the platform, ensuring its optimal operation. Maintenance includes updating software artifacts to their latest versions and replacing electronic components under the conditions indicated in the contract.

Custom graphical interface

Our implementation includes the design of specific graphic interfaces for each intervened area, adjusted to the user's needs, allowing an intuitive and efficient use.
